I have spent 20 years working in any and all support jobs you can imagine, from home and child care, to facility maintenance, to corporate retail and customer service.
I have worked in medical records, which means I know the importance of proper file keeping (both electronic and traditional), and the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding information.

I am an independent author and entrepreneur, which means I have spent time learning the diverse range of skills needed to push a business forward, from formatting and publications of various media, to developing marketing campaigns and new products and promotions.

I am an independent learner; Whatever I don't know, I will teach myself and figure out. I have learned all sorts of skills for my clients, from how to utilize different online media for their businesses, to how to install laminate flooring!
